    Question HELP!!!! No Email No Browser

    Hi,
    I have a Curve, ATT Service. Today I stopped receiving emails and the browser no longer works. I have logged on to the BIS site and resent service books. I did a diagnostic test and found that I am not connected to Blackberry Internet and all those other things I you are supposed to have to make things work.

    I accidentally clicked on TelNav and got this "tnmaps_rim_client tnmaps_advance Core_ref not found.

    I have registered again on HRT and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

    First, pull the battery for about 30 seconds and let the BB reboot.

    If you don't start getting email in about 20 minutes or so, call ATT and have them make sure that you have a BB dataplan. Also, they should reprovision your BB and send the service books.
