    got out of my bb tmo contract w/out etf

    I sold my 8320 from tmo and took out sim card for me to keep and I called tmo said I got nirification of text increase and they cancelled the contract no etf waived whooooo

    You got lucky. I did the same thing a few years back when Nextel increased the price per text as well.


    Funny because AT&T increased it for the first time last year and they made it CLEAR that it's pay per use and you DON'T HAVE to use it. so you wont get a waived etf.

    when I moved I got NO reception with TMO so I called and told them I was cancelling, they only need a copy of my lease agreement and they waived the ETF
