IMO its all around a better device...Unless you don't like the full keyboard...But I will never ever ever ever ever go back to a suretype device ever again.

So, IMO there is no bad and ugly, only good, especially upgrading from an older model.

Good call Mikadad (at least in my book). I upgraded from the 7105t to the 8700g and couldn't be happier. A few differences: Larger, clearer, horizontal screen, full QWERTY keyboard, 64 mb of memory on the 8700 versus 32 on the 7100. Those are just a few. You can't go wrong with the 8700, it's a great workhorse!

    oooohhhh yeeeesssss....

EDGE isn't broadband speeds, but it will seem like it compared to what you are used to.

    Congratulations!

Your going to love your new BlackBerry. Personally I like them all, they are each a bit different and each have unique characteristics to enjoy.

After beginning with Treo's, a Moto-Q, and a Blackjack, I can say from experience that there is nothing as reliable, fast and fun as a BlackBerry.

I'm glad it just happened in that order, because after the rest, I can really appreciate how fantastic a BlackBerry is.

    Enjoy your new one.

    Cheers....

As frustrating is that is, at least you know where it is. And it's safe

Just called again this morning to track, and now they are going to put a trace on it. Seems it has not moved and it was supposed to. the saga continues

I had a similar experience with UPS & it ended up being a grounded plane. Plus there was a temp problem with their tracking software.

Think positive, these shippers are quite resposible.

Terrific glad to hear it came.

Let us know how you like after you've had a chance to use it for awhile.

    Enjoy!
