Try the java version...

I just refuse to believe that it can't work on a bold...

What other 3rd party apps do you have running in the background? Maybe one of em is interrupting...

Also, fyi, I updated my docs to go as well... So I'm running the latest available free version...

Maybe that'll help...

and the problem with using the converter is that it sucks when converting schedules that are pdf. the whole "chart" format gets lost

I never read a PDF unless I used a 3rd party software. I would think that RIM could somehow add this to our BB's.

I don't get it... Worked fine for me on an 8310, 8700, and a bold...

if it worked on a 8310 then it should work on a 8330. a 8220 might be a different story

Got mine to work but in a much different way. 9of13 try doing this.
1. install the dektop version for blackberry.
2. link the pc to bb
3. drag the pdf you want into the pc version. be patient it will take a minute to show up.
4. then click send to bb.
It should then show up in your bb when you open the ereader app.

Hope this works for you too.
