Well you have a point there - whilst some people (like myself) don't like the SureType keyboards, there's no denying that there's a hell of a size difference between the Pearl and the Curve series...

For the point of this survey I am gonna say the 81xx series. Funny how this "poll" came just a day or two after I was having this conversation with "someone"

I dont like the smaller keys and am looking forward to what the new pearl has to offer.

I voted 83xx. I have the 8320 and I love it. I feel that after having a phone that can use WiFi I can't ever willingly go back to a WiFiless (and I'm patenting this expression) phone.

yea but if you are on america best network, Verizon , then there would be no need for a wifi device because i get signal everywhere so yea its all about the network

    can you hear me now?

I voted for the 88xx series. Although my decision was based on my current device (83xx) I have reasons beyond just wanting a different BB.

Bigger buttons on keyboard (no clicking sound)
    Sleeker design (I think)
    Wifi
    and its a worldphone

The camera can sacrifise, it's not even that great.

I've had all of the BlackBerry Series but I voted 83 Series because I'm biased and I have to represent for my current phone. I do think the 83 Series is the best though. Original BlackBerry size, individual keyboard, camera, not too small and not too big. It's like the baby bear's stuff if the Goldie Locks story lol.
But since I have an 83 Series, I would seriously consider getting an 8820 to fool around with the wifi again

I'm not sure about the newer versions, which for the most part are not available in Australia (we do have the BlackBerry Curve 8310 though), but the camera on the BlackBerry Curve 8300 is PATHETIC (in case you missed it the first time, P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C)!

I have LITERALLY seen 0.3MP (VGA) cameras on (multiple) other phones that take better pictures!!!

I can understand that the camera is only a secondary function, particularly in a BlackBerry device (personally I'd prefer not to have it), but what's the point if the $AU99 (~$US85) phone up the road with a 0.3MP (VGA) camera is gonna take better pictures?
