Question Filter NOT working since replacing BB

I just had to replace my Blackberry Pearl. Now the filter I have on my e-mail account to not forward e-mails I send or reply to is NOT WORKING ANYMORE! I've tried deleting it and re-adding it. It's a gmail account. I have ATT. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to how to fix this? It worked fine before I replaced the Pearl

Did you change your PIN and re-send your service books from your BIS account?

yea although you can change the pin in their respective BIS accounts, i find it a good rule of thumb to contact RIM anyways just to make sure it was properly updated.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I don't think this has to do with my Pin I apply the filter through ATT BIS login on their site I have the email configured that I get it fine but the filter no longer works since replacing BB

You need to go into the BIS and change your PIN and IMEI numbers to the new device, resend service books and you should be good to go.

Once you're in BIS, you'll see a link called "Change Device". Make sure you have your box for the device handy because you'll need your new PIN and IMEI numbers.

Enter them there, save and then go to Service Books and resend.

And to add to RoGro's instructions above, in case you are not aware of where your PIN & IMEI can be found, go to Options, Status, and your PIN & IMEI are there.

Good luck and post back if that doesn't solve your problem.
