    "File" not working

Hey all, I have an 8700c with BES for Domino, along with a few personal email accounts setup (Gmail, yahoo). If, while in a message, I click the Scroll -> File -> Choose folder and file it, it doesn't do anything at all.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

Hi darin.baker and welcome to the Stacks. I have just been trying to replicate the keypress sequence on my 8700g and I don't have Scroll etc. Is that what you are reading?

    darin.baker, Welcome to PinStack.

I don't know if you have any folder capability if it is from your BIS added accounts. But icancu2u is correct for BES, but you have to have them set up in the reconcile email settings.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

An email received on BIS cannot be saved to a BES folder; BES-2-BES only.

You could forward the BIS email to your BES email, then save to a BES folder.

    Re: "File" not working

Hi All. The messages that I'm trying to save are BES messages from internal people from my company. And, the hide filed messages is selected.

giamburrasca, I'm not sure what your asking. In "messages" within an email message, you can select "file" put it into a mail folder.
