i havent herd of any...none the less ever seen one...maybe because bbs are considered more commercial

hehe, we're doing that (well, unless people suddenly vote for another colour on the bbguide site)...

I think the major reason we don't see faceplates is because the way the BB's are designed you need to remove screws to take off the current covers (voids the warranty with most providers).

I know people have kicked around the idea of making skins that go over top of the BB, but I think the big issue would be that they keys wouldn't stick out nearly as much as they do now.

I'm betting there'd be a small market for somebody that could supply custom faceplates / skins for the BB though, so I wouldn't be terribly shocked if we see them in a year or so.
