    I see the app. on the programs when i exit out of the pc. How do i bring it into the BB? IM not very computer literate so PLEASE bear with me.

    No system software found. I hit ADD. I see the Blackberry folder, inside theres 7 folders. stating Action engine , Data wizard, connectors,documentation,Desktop templat, ETC. WHat do I do next?

    ENY, have you executed the OS zip and deleted the Vendor.xml file from the Apploader/Common folder? have you moved the alx files from where you originally loaded them.

    Does deleting the vendor file do anything for a Nextel? Especially 7100i?

    I moved them to the C drive but when i look thru the only thing that liioks familiar is the BB folder with the items in it that i posted. As for OS zip and deletin vendors i dont know how todo that . not very computer literate.

    When i select BB desktop manager. It says disconnected near the bootom.. I have my bb plugged into the USB WITHOUT the battery in it as said in the tread. Is this correct? How do i get it to connect?
