    Enterprise Activation Keeps failing

    Keep getting the following error in the blackberrry logs

    15/08/2006 13:12:53 User John Smith/ has incomplete config information - check user name, pin, and key
    15/08/2006 13:12:32 PIM state data does not exist for user CN=John Smith/

    Would anyone know what might cause this error? thanks

    What ver bes do you have? are you the admin? at what point does the error pop up during the activation?

    Do you have the correct port open on your firewall? (For example port 3101 TCP Outbound) If not your BES won't have proper OTA sync access. Try using the USB calbe as see results. Some additional info on BES version Exchange or Notes etc would also be helpful. Welcome to Pinstack!

    Please check and disable the lotus notes encryption on the lotus notes sever as well as client.

    Is the "/" actually in the account name of John Smith/ or is that just an artifact of the log?
