I'm assuming that you're on a BIS email setup for your phone? Have you tried sending a test email out from your desktop to see if you can receive messages?

Have you tried resending service books or possibly even removing and readding the email account back?

under advanced options you have a service book that will have multiple files in there. You will want to remove the [CMIME] file under your stated email account and then look for the personal email setup icon and go to services and settings to go to service book to resend. Now because this is the way to do it for att I am not sure what carrier you are on but once you remove the file from the service book another option that is available to you is that you can call your carrier's tech support line and have them resend the service books as well. To find your service books you will need to:

Options>Advanced Options>Service Books> [CMIME]youremailaddress and remove by clicking your blackberry button and selecting delete.

Or you log into your carriers BIS-HP and resend from there
