    I have several emails that will not delete from my inbox. Some are messages I sent, others are messages I received.

    The sent one are all from the BIS default email account. The received are from several POP accounts.

    They all occured after I received a DNS related error message while sending an email (which include the stuck sent ones).

    I have tried reconciliation, delete prior, changing deletion settings on the handheld, etc and resetting the device to no avail

    I do not sync my email to Outlook.

    Just an annoyance, but any help would be appreciated.

    I've used the backup utility in Desktop Manager to backup messages, clear messages on the handheld, and then restore to deal with this sort of issue in the past. Don't know why this happens sometimes...

    I have resent the service books with no change.

    I have tried the backup utility. The problem is clearing the messages. I have not figured out how to do so unless I wipe the device completely (which I am reluctant to do, as I don't see the annoyance worth the risk. I had a previous device that was wiped clean, and then would not resync or restore).

    I have done the battery out reset too. No change...
