    Dear Friends,

I just wanna ask you whether it is possible to create an email group in Microsoft Outlook and sync to Blackberry

    or

Create an email group in Google and sync to Blackberry (so there will be a group in my blackberry)

My point is that i do not want to select each contact and add to the group each time, it is a redundant process. And i can do it faster in Gmail or Outlook.

    Can anyone suggest me please

    Thank you.

I don't believe groups will sync from either Outlook or Gmail.

Why don't you just create the groups on your device?

Open the Address Book, press the BB menu button and select New Group.

    Thank you for your advise,

But if i have 100 contacts to put in a group, i have to click add member a hundred time to have every 100 contacts put into my group right.

Does anyone know how to like "select all contact" to put in a single group. This is why I want to create group in Google and Outlook, because I can select many contacts at the same time.

    Does anyone know the shortcut.

    Please suggest.

    Thank you.

I see what you mean, cartoony. If you have that many contacts to put in a group, it becomes quite tedious.

Have you tried arranging your Outlook contacts by categories? Read somewhere that will then sync categorized to your device.
