    I know this is probably a silly question, but here goes:
    I've had my BB for a few months and I have signed up for my email through tmobile, but can't get it to work on my phone.
    What am I doing wrong, or not doing at all?

    Depends on what you have done so far...

    Are you refering to your @tmo.blackberry.net address or another address?

    When you log in to My T Mobile and look at your BIS web page does the email account you are looking for show up on the list of integrated email accounts?

    Gary might be better suited to assist you here since he is also a TMO customer. Not sure what a basic web plan is.

    You need a BlackBerry data plan in order to utilize the BIS services of which Gary wrote.

    Roger is correct teresae, we need to confirm if you have a Blackberry Data Plan? (that is the $19.99 plan). Assuming yes, this is the email address that is giving you trouble?

    UURGG This I do not have. I have the basic $5.99 plan. Once I get the data plan (TODAY!) what do I need to do after that? Thank you for your help. Just dying to get my phone working and giving me all it has to offer!

    Once you get a data plan you will find it quite simple to integrate email accounts. You can do it from your device, use the Set Up Email icon, or on line at MyTMobile, click on Set up blackberry internet email (bottom left side of the page)

    I think you will find it well worth the $19.99 TMO charges! Post back any questions once you get your service updated.

    It's important that you read through the thread thoroughly before posting, however as it was determined that she doesn't have a data plan on her account yet.
