Desktop Manager 4.6.0.14 - auto sync

Hello I have recently upgraded to Desktop Manager 4.6.0.14. I normally use the USB to sync a Pearl and Curve. it does not do it automatically anymore. I have to click it to synce. it seems to find it and connect fine. It does connect and find the PIN correctly. I do have a password on each BB. Before I used to enter the password and it stated syncing or started the backup. Any ideas?

    Thanks

THere's an option in DM to automatically sync every time you connect your device - you have to select that option in order for it to auto-sync.

OK. Just covering the basics. I'm using DM 4.6 and, although I don't normally use auto-sync any more, I just checked the box, connected my 8330 and it sync'd as soon as I connected it.

I've been using 4.6.0.12 (so there may be a teeny difference than your .14) for quite a while and haven't had any problems at all. Do you have time to unistall, reinstall just in case something didn't quite get done right the 1st time? I don't think the phone makes a difference.
