Make sure you have DM 4.3 on your desktop. Have you configured the DM for bluetooth?

Go into Options>Connection Options. Change Connection Type to bluetooth, Turn on Bluetooth Support and click on the Configure Bluetooth button. There you'll need to add your device, so make sure it's close by and discoverable.

exactly what rogro said. You have to establish/configure a connection between your phone and with your pc and the DM program.

Why would you want to use media manager with bluetooth?? The speed is 700kbps, supposedly, and for media files, that would take a while. It takes up to a minute for these small data files (contacts, calendar and so on) to transfer, and those are kilobytes. Just imagine how long it will take for objects in megs, an average song is 4megs. I prefer USB for files like those anyways. For me to transfer 3 gigs of music, it took at least 7 minutes via usb..
