I'm going to try deleting everything again and change my password on my outlook account for teh heck of it and try reinputting the account and see what happens. I've tried everthing else. I also tried temporarily auto forwarding all work emails to the blackberry email account and for some reason that doesn't work either. I have to manually forward messages to the Name.nextel.blackberry.net account.

Thanks for trying to help out. I'll keep you posted if I find a fix.

I had to change the Exchange settings to allow forwarding for me to do that @ work. By default that setting is disabled for security purposes.

Did you change that setting on the server itself or on your PC?
