    Can't delete saved emails

I've had a BB 8700 devise returned to me. The user has left the company so this BB will goto someone else.

I've deleted the user from the BES and also wiped the handheld.

I've done the enterprise activation but now i've gone through to check i've noticed some emails in the 'saved emails' bit.

I've deleted most email but there's three emails just won't go!

I get this error when I try to delte them:

    'Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException'

    Can nyone please advise?

    Thanks all...

Reload the OS. If that doesn't fix it, use JL_Cmder to completely wipe the device, then reload the OS.

Download the OS for your device from your vendor. Find your vendor's site on this page.

Install it on your computer, start DM, then plug in your device. If the Application Loader doesn't kick in automatically, start it up and reload the OS.

Search the downloads section for JL_Cmder if that doesn't work. Use the WIPE command to completely clear the device of its OS, then use DM to reinstall the OS.
