Can't connect to BIS -- HELP!
bought a brand new Blackberry 9000. The phone and SMS part work just fine, however the phone can't connect to Rogers BIS. I am getting lower case 'edge' while I am on 2G. When I switch to 3G, nothing happening there either.
Rogers Tech support has escalated to Tier 2 and opened a new ticket. I have no confidence in them.
Wonder if anyone on here has encountered this problem.
App Version: 18.104.22.168
Anyone help me out?
P.S. I have a data plan. $30 for 6 GB. Worked fine on my old 8800

I'd make sure all setups and settings were correct, resend books, give Rogers a short time to remedy, then request another phone
