    Have you tried a battery pull? Can you list any troublshooting steps you have already tried?

    Pulled the battery, but that's about it, have service, can go on the web. Only thing I can think to do is delete the email and re-enter it.

    That would be my next suggestion, just be sure to do a backup first so you don't lose important messages.

    resend your serrvice books

    You should try resending your service books uner the Mail Setup

    First, I'd try a battery pull: Leave your device on, pull the battery out for 20 seconds, put it back in and wait for your device to boot up... of course. Then, I try resending your Host file... Options > Advanced Options, Host Routing Table > Menu > Register Now... you should get ONE email. Then, open your Setup folder, click on Email Setup, find the Resend Service Books button or link, click on it... you should receive one email for every email address you have registered on your device.

    If you don't get any or all of the emails you were suppose to get from the above procedure you need to call your Cell Phone Provider and ask to speak to a Blackberry rep... something is wrong and they might need to remove your device and re-add it.
