Decision made. I ordered my 8900 today. We will see how I like it.
Now I just have to see if I can trade my 8130 and 8330 for an 8120, 8220, or 8320 so I have a back up.
T- Mo: BB 9700, 8900, 8220
Sprint: BB 8330, 8830, 8130, 8703, 7250
But there's a beautiful view of the end of the world from the pier.....
You need to go T-Mobile much cheaper Plans and internet packages then Att.. I have been on TMo for 5 years now and have not had one problem.
I would get the 8320 i have that and my 8820 that i use and love them both...
T- Mobile G1 using Cyanogen Build 22.214.171.124 Android 1.6 On T-Mobile Network
Running a Hero Based Theme
I AM A PC AND LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
I was going to wait for Onyx/Driftwood but decided to go with the 8900 two months ago (from an 8320). It is great! I changed the one thing I didn't like about it - the chrome bezel (to black).
I know you'll love your new 8900.

I'm about to switch from T-Mobile myself. I can't keep paying $105 a month for unlimited "Loyalty" minutes, BIS/texting, insurance, fees, and taxes. I may go to Verizon or AT&T.
Regardless of the carrier you want to choose...(I'm way out here in Europe I have no idea about your providers) EricaJ1073, baby, any of those BB's are great...
The Bold is big
the 8900 is great to carry around,
the Tourer tours anywhere.
Hard choice... now that I think of it...lol
I've heard of quite a few bugs on the Bold, all are great but I'd go with the 8900.. Not 100% sure since I haven't personally used the Tour or Bold but I've heard that the 8900 also is higher end than the Tour. Don't quote me on it though
Who told you, you could eat my cookies? Put that cookie down!... Now!

Well, not really. The tour and the 8900 has basically the same guts, the difference as far as performance is the 8900 isnt 3g, its 2g. They run off the edge network. Thats why wi-fi was prolly thrown in there. 2g is 2g and if you had a 3g phone, then you know the difference.

The tour is the best of the bold and 8900 (minus wi-fi), all are great as you stated so its about personal preference and who's your carrier.
I have both the 8900 and Bold on tmobile, first of all they are great devices each one has pros and cons, while one is better on this the other is better on that, botho of the run on EDGE, and comparing the Bold is fater then the 8900 whe is about browsing, but when it comes to exclusively carriers services the 8900 is better ( aka UMA)
About the tour, well.....is on Verizon

I upgraded my Curve 8320 to the Curve 8900 and have been thoroughly impressed with it. I've been with T-mobile for almost 5 years and I'm pretty happy with them. Their coverage seems to have improved over the years but I do like their simplicity of switching phones whenever you want. I'm still on my BB 8320 contract but just bought the 8900 and switched out the SIM and it began working immediately. Didn't have to call TMO and just switched the picture on my online account just for kicks. TMO doesn't carry the Bold or Tour. If you're going to have more than one BB, I'd suggest T-mobile. They have relatively cheap BB plans and you can easily switch between with SIM cards. AT&T, I think has a better variety of BB's to choose from plus their 3G network but their plans are more expensive.
I had the 8900 and tryin now the tour on verizon ... the 8900 is so far much better then the tour. It got wifi it faster it a newer platform too even the tour is on 4.71 and the 8900 is only 4.6 I would still anytime go back love the 8900
