A while back RIM opened their own forum. It's located here:
It's a great forum (and supposedly monitored by actual RIM techs), but there are two major flaws with it.
First, there are 21 forums under 5 categories (including no category for Welcome & Announcements), and each of the 21 forums has an RSS feed, however there is no consolidated RSS feed for either the categories, or all 21 forums!
Second, unlike PinStack (YEA!), the URL above does not play well with the BlackBerry Browser (ironic).
However, there IS a wireless version of the forum here:
Unfortunately there are NO RSS Feeds for them!
Now if you're a Viigo aficionado this presents two problems. First, you can't easily monitor all the forum RSS feeds, and second, if you do get them into Viigo, if you use the Open in Browser option for an article, it's just a mess!
A while back I used Yahoo Pipes to consolidate all 21 forums into a single RSS feed:
Today I realized that although the paths to the forums are a bit different, the paths to the articles are nearly identical, and that all I had to do was replace "rim/board/message" with "rim/board/wireless/message.xhtml" in the URL's of the articles, and the consolidated feed would become a wireless friendly feed! So now, we have the Viigo friendly feed:
Now before someone notices and starts going on about it...
Yes, the feeds are not the same! No, I don't know why!
The wireless feed is just a copy of the original consolidated feed with a single Regex replace module added to make the URL substitutions. I have no idea why they don't end up with the same articles! And I don't care - don't hassle me about it!
Just use it - or don't. Doesn't matter to me!

I'm sure it isn't as good as pinstack! ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
I went on the mobile forum and registered. Doesn't come close to pinstack but maybe it will be better when its more active. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
Well might the coming time be fair for it but now pinstack is far away to follow
Thank you for the info, jdellasala, this could be useful.
I have to say I don't quite consider RSS feeds to be essential for this kind of site though. YMMV.
