I have a 1-3 flashing light and cannot turn on my blackberry, I have tried loading the app loader with the cmd but still nothing, it does not recognise the device.
Any help?

I have tried that but when the drop down for the connection comes up there is nothing in the drop down, I have tried taking the battery in and out as it says but still nothing!!??
