I'm not sure about the international sites, but the Australian Web site is just plain ugly in comparison to Research in Motion's competitors...

Firstly I think the site should be split into multiple parts, for the different types of users - Telstra Australia's mobile (cell phone) site for example (http://www.telstra.com.au if you're interested) has completely seperate sections for individuals, businesses and Government, with the site design and information tailored specifically for that type of user.

I'm not sure how they should design it for business and Government customers, other than to tailor the information to that demographic, but for individuals I believe it should share a similar design to the Sony Ericsson site or, if you want an example that is closer to home, the BlackBerry Curve series mini-site.

Regardless, the information needs to be cleaned-up a fair bit - again, I'm not familiar with the international sites, but I find the Australian confusing and difficult to navigate... I can usually find the information I'm after, but it's rarely where I would expect to find it on the site.
