    This is a Sev 1 Case that RIM has open and they do not have an ETA on there page. It is affecting all customers in the Americas. It is affecting all services.

    It is down here in Philly. I haven't gotten any bbm's in awhile. My emails are not going through either. It is so annoying.

    Found out the hard way. My phone was delivered at 2:20 EST. ESN Swap at 3pm. Created new login at sprint.blackberry.com at 3:30. Left phone plugged in to charge for about 3 hrs. Could not figure out why internet was still not working. 1 echat and 2 calls later at 8:35 tech said won't be fixed until tomorrow afternoon. Perhaps a buffer in time frame? Let's hope.

    Also, since when did Sprint make us go out to download their apps? Sprint TV, Nascar, NFL Live, and Sprint Navigation are NOT installed on this device. They need to be downloaded. Kinda hard to do when there is no internet. Wi-Fi download for these items does not appear to be an option

    So they know about the problem but are unable to tell anyone anything? Good thing I just told one of my closest friends not to make her next phone a BB due to these outages.

    I did not access to this info till I got on the support agreement for work. I agree they should post something but, that is not my call. If you have an account for support you can log in an see some information I think.
