I hope it works, i wouldn't mind testing 4.3 if they need beta testers. I think I'm qualified.
You're not alone there. I would too. I've heard some pretty amazing things about it.

So you're suggesting the next OS update will include some of these features? Just to clarify, we can upgrade current BB devices right. I'm new to the BB but having to pay extra to read html text is highly annoying! They should also let the space bar jump down the screen in long emails too.

Ok - just realised the space bar does let you do that. Excellent!

I'd also like to back it up to the microSD card instead of using DM. That would be great.
. Use the calander to create a recurring daily event.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ radiobee and another(mfradio?) Can stream audio. I listen to NPR all the time. I use the calendar as stated for daily events. Mobi reader is a great e-book reader on the blackberry. Other solutions I too have heard are coming in some future os. Hopefully it is just an os update and won't make my new curve obsolete.

Another thing I'd love is to be able to stream audio with internet radio. I'm a hockey junkie and being able to listen to the game on the go.

    • Set daily alarm to go off on individual days
For the Contacts dedicated fields for IM platforms

The ability to sort email/messages by contacts or contact groups.

The ability to save attachments to the device or memory card.

Timed on and off during the day that doesn't affect the daily setting (which I love).

Internet video playing such as Youtube.

    Video capture.

File upload/download over the internet for webmail and forums.

Ok, so i'd only kill for half of them...

I would kill for better e-mail reconciliation through BIS. In other words, to have 15 min reconcile of mailbox-->BB deleted messages, not up to 6hrs as at present. In addition, reconciliation of unread/read status from mailbox-->BB.

Second tier things: filing messages, IMAP IDLE, HTML...

I am looking for more basic PIM function. Such as the ability to take a email and make a task or calendar entry for it.
There is a program that does that

one more: 10 Item clip board for things copied/cut. By preference it would have the option of dumping into something in the notepad.

What, you didn't think i was done...

A search and replace function similar to a word processor that would let you edit emails/notes/IM's/files etc on the go in a hurry.

A zip/compression program, gods if they were running on windows 95 how hard can it be?
