Any problem going from a 8700 to 7290?

I love my 8700 but it is much too fragile. I work in construction & I have a two year old boy. So I need something more rugged. If only the 8700 was built with the durability of the 7290. I am thinking about downgrading Will my contacts sync from one to the other without much of a problem? Thanks!

No prob about getting youcontacts but you'll downgrade in memory you'll pass from and intel 312mhz processor tih 64 mb internal memory to a normal BB processor with 32 mb internal memory
I'm french canadian so I can also help you in french, just PM me
UNLESS it is for a BETA OS, it's at your own risk and I won't support it

Having upgraded from a 7290 to an 8700 over a year ago, I couldn't think of going back. The Screen resolution is so much better and the speed also.

    Just my $0.02

Congrats! I am glad to hear you are staying. In a few months you might be able to get a new qwerty BlackBerry. Maybe you will like it even more.

Can you tell I love my 8700?

They Make Some Seriously Strong Cases For The 8700 Like The Otter Box. The Phone Is Put Inside And Front Of The Case Is Screwed On. The Case Is Water Proof, Drop Proof And You Can Access All Buttons And Controls From Outside The Case
