    Hi all,
    i just got a present of a BB Bold, i tried to change devices from my bb account. After putting in the PIN and IMEI, it gave me this message "the information supplied is not valid for this provider". What does this mean? Does it mean it is locked to another network? The phone and SMS works on my netwrk though.

    Any ideas, anyone?

    if it were locked to another network, the phone and text wouldnt work so we can rule that out.

    i never put in my IMEI numbers, only my pin.

    let me toss this back and fourth in my head for a few
