    Adding contacts

So for my first post, I think I'll ask a question. Suppose I have a txt or xls file with a group of names, email addresses and phone numbers. What would be the best way to get these on a group of people's bb's. I know there may not be a clear answer to this, but I can hope. All 8320's with no bes involvement if that's any help. Thanks!

Or lets say I have a group on my own bb. Is there a way to send the group as an attachment?

    Re: Adding contacts

I would suggest either copying the text file and pasting into an email, or send as an attachment.

Then just send it to multiple contacts.
(as long as you have email address's associated with people in your contact list its fairly easy, if you don't have email address's already in the contact list it would be tedious and take a long time to type each person's email if say sending to 8 people)

Go to messages. Press menu key > compose Email > type first letter of person's name to find contact > add that email address
another "TO:" field will automatically appear, then do the same a bunch more times. I am not sure how many people you can email at once though.

    Hope it helps

    Re: Adding contacts

If you have a xls file with this data you can import this into Outlook / Contacts and sync the BB address books with Outlook. Both of these processes are fairly painless , although you would need to take the time to sync each BB individually.
