    7520 Browser

I just switched back to a blackberry from a cellphone I care not to mention. Anyway, the only browser I can use now is the WAP (Openwave) one. When I go to browser configuration it only has that as an option. Can anyone help me get the regular browser going again? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone else suffer from this?

You need to log into your carrier's BIS site and click the button to send the service books. This should have happened automatically after you got the BB data plan and your BB registered itself on the carrier's network. However, in some cases the service books have to be manually pushed. I've run into a couple of instances where I've had to have the carrier's BB support group do the push.

In some rare cases, the browser has actually been removed from the device. If that's the case, you'll have to add it back via the Application Loader in Desktop Manager.

Also, press Alt and click the wheel and choose Show All to make sure that the icon isn't hidden.
