I downloaded MaxMem and deleted PTT (push to talk.) Since that was one of my 5 apps always running, now I only have 4 apps running. How can I add another app of my choice to the list?
    Thanks.

Just start the app and it will show up in that list if it's running in the background.

You will have to restart the app, if you you cycle your phone on and off. There is no way to per say make an app stay in alt back, it is completely up to the application itself. There are a few that when you install them, will always startup with your phone in the background but i tend not to use these types of apps. But you dont get to choose which do and which dont. s sorry

There are applications that are always running, such as your home screen, call log, browser, BBM and messages. There is no way to clear those. But if you have another application that is in the list, scroll until you get to it and once you land on it, it will open up. From there, press the BB menu button and close or exit out of the application.
