| Voicemail .wav attachments question
Our phone system sends our voicemails to our email accounts as .wav attachments. My pearl shows that attachment, but won't let me open it to listen. But, if I forward the email to my personal account which also redirects to my bb, then it will allow me to open it and listen. What is the difference in going through the BES or my personal account? I'm not sure what to ask, so please let me know if you need info, my goal here is to make it so all of our employees can check their desk voicemail on their bb if they want without having to send it to a personal account. Thank you, |

| Re: Voicemail .wav attachments question
the latest BIS versions (2.3 and 2.4) allow voicemail attachments, your BES policy might not allow it?
