Using an 8120 on my company network (lotus notes)

Everything was fine until last week

now I cant sync my address book

it goes through the process, ask for conflict resolutions as usual the comes up with the message operation terminated

any ideas ?? thinking it may be to do with field maps as I have noticed it wont let me look at those either

Check to see if you may have inadvertently created a "blank" address entry as that has been known to throw off the sync.
