My BB Pearl will convert for me.
From 'Home Screen':
-press green dial key,
-Dial 1 800,
-Press the 'Alt' key then 5 for 'G'
-Then 'Alt' & period for 'O', etc.

To get the 'F' or any 2nd letter, hold the 'Alt' key and press the desired key twice.

Can someone please tell me why I keep losing my data? I lose my phone log, texts and emails and it just happens at random. Please help
