Hi,yesterday I lost my blackberry pearl 8120...The insurance ASURION is asking me for the invoice or serial number ?????
I don't know ,I buyed 3 moths ago????PLEASE what I can do???

I have my cell phone with insurance..I want change this one but with another model more expensive...What I can do???some body try this before ???

most insurances won't let you upgrade .they will replace with the same model if available and if not a comparable model. if they allowed upgrades their claims would probably skyrocket.

Asurion will only give you the same model you have, unless that model is no longer available. Also, it will most likely be a re-furb and not a brand new BB.

The carrier should have given you a bill. If you've lost your paperwork, did anyone, by chance, add you to their blackberry messenger? (if they look up your contact info, that will give them your pin) (if they added you by pin)

That's all you need is the pin.

That's bullcrap. I pay for a brand new Blackberry and pay for the insurance. If something happens and I need to get a new phone, I expect a new phone. Not some second hand sh!t
