its actually 4.2.1.66 vs. 4.2.0.71/.73

so yes, it is the newest.

I am running Italy TMO 4.2.1.66 and have a weird problem. When I play a preloaded ring tone such as Ringer_ClassicPhone.mid and the player will quit unexpectedly with uncaught exception Java.lang.ClassCast Exception and keep playing the tune. This happens with all tunes.

Aside from reloading 4.2.0.73 I guess based on everyone else’s problems this is minor and I can live with it until another release comes out. This still runs faster on my unlocked T-Mobile Pearl on Cingular’s network

you can fix playback in italy version by makin changes to the settings within super prior to conversion..search as i don't remember when it was posted originally
