Not until after this weekend. When BIS is upgraded.
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?

Only email displayed in the native RIM message application will be in html, correct? For example, if you use Gmail's message application, it won't be affected.

Yeah, the servers are being updated to 2.5 BIS on the 28th. Hopefully after that we will have native HTML emails.

Is this BIS update a worldwide thing or it depends on your carrier?

I'm with Telefonica in South America, so not sure it they update this also. As fas as the OS I already tried 4.5.0.something but had a Voice Dialer only in English and also I could not hear voice recordings on my messenger, so I downgraded to 4.2.2.194 until a new beta is ready to test or an official release for my 8300 comes out.

    it's working for me.

Resend your service books and you should be getting the options to view HTML emails under Messages>Options

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~thats by design. So far no way to change this. I'd be glad if downloading images worked on my phone..

I was all happy to have html, but now im thinking of downgrading... at least until september, or until we have a fix to connect to uma under 4.5 os... thats more important to me than html or streaming videos... =/
