ok, im on a vzw 8130 and i have done all that as well as a battery pull, before the battery pull the max i could get on file free was 4 megabytes...after the battery pull i have 18 mb free....i have only had the 8130 for about a month (has it been out that long?)...the only apps i installed were opera mini and googlemaps 2.0.0.1 (i think thats the verision) my call logs and sms only started disappearing after i installed google maps....is there a leak?

I too am having this problem with the dissapearing emails............I have a 8830 with Verizon and one minute all is well and the next my emails are gone........my settings are correct and i have enough memory sooooooo........any help??

well i have sort of the same issue... i voluntairily chose to hide my outgoing texts and now unless i press alt and the ? mark i cant retrieve them permenantly. can anyone shed some light ?btw its the pearl

I'm not sure I understand your situation...can you shed some more light onto this?

If you want to so outgoing messages you can just hit the menu button and then View Folders, and look through those. I hope this is what you're referring to. If not post back.

Go to your messages folder. Press the "Menu" button, then select "General Options". Scroll down to the Option that says "Hide Sent Messages" and change this setting to "No". Save and close.

When you go back to your messages menu you should see all messages.

Does anyone have the problem where they delete things and their memory doesnt change? I deleted music files off the device memory and no change. actually it changed but I ended up loosing space which is backwards! I also did a battery pull and its the same!
