    Hi everyone, i am an 8800 BB owner and a satisfied one for about a year now. Recently i purchased a 9500 BB and made the swap using the desk top software.

    The problem occurs when all the information is transfered into my new BB including the email accounts which are set in my 8800 under an other provider. New phone 9500 and new provider so the email accounts inside are not compatible and i CAN'T remove them.

    Please does anyone know how to remove those 2 ghost email accounts from my new BB?

    have you tried deleting the service books for those ghost accounts?

    Hey youre online still, ok yes it did work. I went to settings-advanced settings-service book and the info was in there. Just like goin to control panel in windows and removing application. Just didnt occur that a service book does just that when you delete it.
