    Simple Trackball Maintenance

Our fussy little trackballs sometimes refuse to scroll in one direction or another due to the accumulated build-up oils and debris.
Get in the habit of weekly preventative maintenance by taking a QTip and rubbing alcohol to your trackball. Simply dip the QTip into the alcohol, blot it on a tissue to eliminate excessive moiture, and roll your trackball thoroughly with the tip. Blow on the ball for a second to dry, and you've performed a simple and easy procedure in order to ensure proper function. (Please note that this may be necessary even though you holster or pouch your device, as oils and debris are deposited from thumbs coming in contact with your little trackball!)
    Peace and blessings.

You shouldn't even need to do this if you make use of the pouch that is included with your BB.

LOL Cherri! I wash my hands a LOT, and still just had the down scroll stuck just like you! Had to pop the ring and roll the ball around a while to restore proper function
