Just trying again to find out if i can fix the Intelli Sync failure ,, on my 8100 pearl ..

it gets about a third through then it just crashes and says application not recoignised ???? any thoughts pls

Looking over some of your other posts it looks like you started having this problem when you upgraded OS, correct?

Did all your data get put back on the device? Are all your contacts showing properly on the BB?

If so, if you disable address book sync (go to desktop manager, Synchronize, click on the word Synchronization under Configuration on the left hand side (not the Synchronize button), then hit the Synchronization button, and disable Address book, and click okay), but keep calendar, memo and tasks enabled, does it get through a successful synch?

If all your contacts aren't on your BB, let me know.

yes it all worked , fine onec i diabled the address book part of the sync ,,,,, ?? what doea all that mean ????
