Yes I did, and reinstalled again, but still cannot backup, despite DM is running ok.. My only problem is that I get errors while I backup my Bold and cannot complete it

Hi,

I have followed the above steeps to upgrade my device OS from 4.2 to 4.5, but there is no improvement. I have deleted the vendor.xml file and un-install the dekstop manager yet, I was not able to perform any update on my device.

My current OS on my device 4.2.1 .66 ( Platform 2.3.0.59)
Desktop Manager 4.5.

Already perform full clean uninstall process, but I still unable to.

Any idea on how to overcome this??
My provider is Maxis ( Asia )

What device software package are you attempting to install?
