    Question Help with Outlook Sync

I have a BB Storm and I have it set under calender options to keep appointments forever and on my desktop manager (v4.7)it is set to two way sink and transfer all scheduled items.

It still wants to delete all old items in my outlook calender. I dont need to have everything on my BB but I do not want to delete previous appointments and items out of my outlook calender. I like to keep my old appt for reference on my pc.

I have tried doing the range of days prior and future, but it still wants to delete old items off of my PC outlook calender.

    Please Help!

ok since i dont care to have my full history on my BB I switched My Calender date range to Transfer only Future Items . It seems to work now without deleting past items, I guess if I make a change on my BB or PC and I don't sink until after that event occurs it will not be reflected on the sink?

    thanks

    Outlook Sych

    Hi,

I'm sure you may have fixed your Outlook sync problem, but if not, (other than setting it to future appointments,) on right, go to Configure, then Synchronization, then "Reset Configuration." This will reset to default, then you can go in and re-do your options and it will sync all items as you want. I had the same problem, and this solved it. Later-Steve

Question New Curve-Outlook 2007 Sync Problem

Sync had been working fine for me until recently. Now, when I try to sync my Curve 8320 to Outlook 2007 with DM 4.6.0.14, the calendar items on the Curve won't transfer to Outlook. Also, Outlook seems to have "lost" all of my future calendar items. They're in the Curve but won't sync to Outlook. Any ideas?

    Question More on Outlook Sync

OK, I have some more info on my problem. The calendar items that are missing in Outlook are on my Curve with a different email address listed as the "Send Using" in appt details than the ones that are on both the Curve and Outlook. Is there some way other than manually changing the email address on all those items to get the info back into Outlook? Thanks.

Now I realize that I can't even edit the email addresses in the calendar items all I can apparently do is delete them and add them in again.
