If your going to use Outlook @ work, your going to have to export the files. Make sure your on the Contacts screen with all the contacts viewable. If you go to File then Export to a File... Then select Personal Folder File (.pst). The Export Personal Folders menu comes up select the Contacts folder and select Next. Then when it ask you to save he exported file, save it somewhere where you can find it (My Documents, Desktop, etc) and in the Options box below select Allow duplicate items to be created. Then hit Finish. Give the file a name and save it. Then email it to yourself as an attachment that way you can open it when you get home. Hope this helps

ive actually found outlook express 6 on my laptop.. must have been install via OS.. so i've added a handful of contacts to test and see if i can sync it w/ my phone.. but w/ no luck

    ive opened desktop manager
    - went to syncronize
    - configuration tab
    - "configure syncronization settings for your desktop organizer program"
    - address book <--> MS outlook
    - under configure, i have chosen sync..? is that right?

Sounds right except I could be wrong but I believe Outlook Express 6 is an email client and does not have all of the pda features of Outlook. It should work without any problems.
