As a newbe to BB and an olde retired computer jock I've gotta agree with sunstarjeep. I use a PC based e-mail client and Google Calendar and those apps along with my new BB are are the closest thing I have to a PIM. I have tried to setup a shadow Outlook Express based PIM and have been unsucessfull in getting the Desktop manager to sync as well.

There has to be a simple way to maintain PIM like data on a PC with a graphical interface and sync it with my BB's address book. Anybody have any ideas?

    RCBjr,

Thanks. I looked in Outlook and all of my addresses were there. Glad you posted this.

Re: 003 How 2 edit my Address Book using Desktop manager?

I have a BB 8120 with OS 4.3. I can't seem to get my contacts from my BB to copy or sync over to my Outlook. It gives me an error: "Unable to read application data". Any thoughts as to why this is working or what can be done? Thanks
