    Trouble with Keyboard or Trackball? GPS? Bluetooth, Handset, or Headset audio levels, etc.? Your device can take a look at its components and get back to you with a report.
    1. Options
    2. Status
    3. Type the word Test
    4. Menu button
    5. Start
    Check the appropriate category, select Run, and your handset will perform self-diagnostics.

    To view a test report, on the Device Self Test Application screen:
    1. Select a report
    2. Menu
    3. View

    What models does this work on? Didn't work on my 8120.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~you may need to update the OS to 4.5. I cound do this on my 8100, 8320 and 8900 all 4.5 and 4.6 OS. However it didn't work on a 8100 running 4.2.
