 Only able to use speakerphone help
When I make regular call on my blackberry pearl, I can not hear the phone ringing or the person answering unless I put it on speakerphone. What have I done wrong or how can this be fixed. Help

well, if the speaker phone works, then your speaker isn't busted...that's good news  have you changed the profile somehow? that would explain why you can't hear it ringing...but hearing the other person, not sure what that is...make sure you don't have a bt headset on - lol - i've done that before...tried to answer my phone with the handset when the bt headset was connected |

Welcome to the Stacks Keyshia. You may also want to try a battery pull if those don't work (take out battery with BB on, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds before putting the battery back in).
