ok i have a black berry 7105t it worked find then it just would not ring when i get a call it vibes once and then goes to voice mail i can make a call and it works fine but it will not make a sound other wise i tryed pulling the battry and all so i want to format and reinstall the os but i don't know how so if ne one could help me with eather the lack of sound or the reinstall it woul;d help alot

Hi borderline, welcome to pinstack. In your profile settings do you have a tone set, or is it set to vibe? Do you have call forwarding on? Let us know what you find out.
