I think i got a corrupt file or something cuz i get an error everytime i open the file to instal it, anyone mine sending it to me through AIM....also what do you use the pin number for?

Oh man...What am I doing wrong here?
Followed all instructions to the T, but everytime the updater gets to the "Connecting to the loader ROM" it gives me: "Unable to complete loading operation: Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001]"

I have t T-mobile 7100t, unlocked GSM, with Cingular SIM!

I really would like to update and get my Bluetooth wireless syncing enabled.

Any suggestions out there dear gurus of RIM universe?

Update:

I was able to upload the new OS, finally, through my laptop instead of the desktop! Go figure. AND........drumroll.............was finally able to use bluetooth hotsync...........Man, it was a challenge.

But, my bluetooth headsets are going crazy.... All kind of stuff happening to them..........Volume now even LOWER than before. So, they are useless at this point.:Mad:

Vitron, what device and carrier are you using? I had increased volume on my 7105t with the new 4.1.

Hi, I followed the instructions but when I connect my 7290 to my USB it doesnt say it has found an unpgrade. I have deleted vendor.xml as instructed.

Any ideas ?

you have to start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager program first. After you start the program it should tell you about the upgrade.
