Help in Trouble Shooting the Internet :D

This afternoon, I was having problems trying to access PinStack and our Fantastic Site Admin boss was helping me. He asked that I use the Command Line "tracert" feature to test my link to Pinstack. Using this and some other indicators, He finally figured out that it wasn't with my connection but with the DNS seeding process for the new server.

Anyway, now for the question. When using the tracert command. I get a screen shot shown below. Can anyone explain what the three columns of times represent? I Looked at the explaination on MS tech center, but it really didn't give what the three times mean.

    Thanks for your help.

Im probably wrong, but I think they represent the time intervals between pings.
